Palenqueros Madrecuishe was produced in the village of Santa Maria La Pila at 1552 meters above sea level by fourth generation producer Don Valente Garcìa, alongside his grandson Semei, from cultivated Madrecuishe. Cooked in an oven pit and hand crushed with a wooden mallet, the agave is fermented in cypress and pine wood vats using the ambient yeast of the distillery before it is distilled on a 350 liter copper pot still powered by direct fire. Bottled at still strength of 48.9% with no additives.

Palenqueros is a project initiated by La Maison & Velier’s Luca Gargano and involves six producers from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The initial series of 12 certified mezcals in 2019 was a collaboration project with Tradición Chagoya, which owns and operates other mezcal brands like Donaji and Los Cuerudos. The second series, released in 2024, featured 6 agave distillates and was solely a project of LM&V.

Blanton's Black Label is an exclusive single-barrel bourbon originally bottled for the Japanese market, known for its refined character and longer aging compared to the standard Blanton's Original. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it offers a smoother, more approachable profile while retaining the complexity bourbon enthusiasts appreciate.

The nose presents delicate aromas of honey, vanilla, and floral notes, layered with hints of cherry and citrus zest. On the palate, it delivers flavors of caramel, sugar cookies, and light maltiness, balanced by subtle oak undertones. A Single Grain Irish Whiskey, originally distilled in County Cork, Ireland - with a mash bill of 95% French Maize (Corn) and 5% Irish Malted Barley in a twin-column Coffey Still. Matured first in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and then finished for 6 months in casks that previously held the Award Winning "Mark X 2007" Barbados Rum from Foursquare Rum Distillery's Exceptional Cask Selections Line.

E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye Whiskey is a Bottled-in-Bond release made from a mash bill of rye and malted barley, with no corn, resulting in a whiskey that showcases rye’s bold, spicy character. Its rich mahogany hue reflects the careful aging process.

On the nose, it offers an inviting mix of toasted oak, rye spice, black pepper, mint, and subtle notes of pear. Blowfish Añejo Tequila, made from 100% blue Weber agave, is aged in oak barrels to achieve a rich amber color and a smooth, balanced profile. Jack Ryan Single Malt with an abv of 46% is an authentic Irish Whiskey that sets you up for a delicious mouthful of silky, honey sweetness with a long, warm- hearted, lingering, spicy finish.

Ardnamurchan distillery turned ten in the summer of 2024 and to celebrate this milestone we launched a unique batch of Ardnamurchan 10 Years Old whisky.

This 15,000 bottle batch was made up of 100% first-fill bourbon casks, where roughly half of the batch was subsequently finished, for over one year, in Champagne Paul Lanais barriques.

The spirit is 100% unpeated and bottled at 50% ABV.

Nose: The nose opens with an overtly tropical offering; replete with ripe mangoes, pineapple cubes, lots of honey. There are baked bananas, brown sugar, figs, and wine gums. With time, we go a little deeper into darker tones of crème caramel, toffee, and meringues with white chocolate.

Palate: Oh, hello there, waxiness! The theme of honey continues, backed up by linseed oil, warming spices, gingerbread, fresh pineapple, and cedar. Oily, waxy, showing great depth!

The not so new any longer Ardnamurchan distillery is shaping up to be one of Scotland's most exciting. Every single bottling takes ratchets up the quality to new heights. This extremely delicious 100% Sherry Cask Aged release was drawn from 10 peated sherry butts and 15 unpeated sherry hogsheads aged entirely in Ardnamurchan's warehouses on the rugged western coast of Scotland. The resulting whisky is complex and delicious offering quality that few modern distillers can match. Expect a beautifully balanced bonfire smoke melding with dense nutty sherry. We rarely see such special whisky available, but only 2000 bottles for the entire US, it surely won't be for long.

Aged for approximately 18 months in four bespoke casks -- American white oak, French oak, acacia and cherry -- resulting in a complex, intense and exquisitely well-balanced flavor profile.

Wolves 5-Year American Single Malt is a distinctive whiskey that embodies the spirit of the American West. Distilled in 2019 using a copper pot still, it was aged for five years in California French oak wine barrels under the Arizona sun. After this maturation, hand-selected barrels were blended and finished in aged Cognac casks, resulting in a complex and layered profile. On the nose, it presents aromas of honey, graham cracker, caramel, and red fruit. The palate offers flavors of vanilla custard, nutmeg, clove, sweet oats, and fig, leading to a medium to long sweet finish. Bottled at 48% ABV, this American Single Malt is both bold and inspired, celebrating the intrepid past of the American West.

Casa Campo Azul Reposado Tequila is a meticulously crafted expression that embodies the heart and soul of Jalisco’s tequila-making tradition. Made from hand-selected, fully matured blue agave, this reposado is slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens to develop deep, caramelized flavors. After fermentation with a proprietary yeast strain, it undergoes double distillation in stainless steel stills with copper interiors, refining its smooth, rich character. Aged in American white oak barrels, it delivers warm notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, balanced by the sweet, earthy essence of agave. The result is a refined, well-rounded tequila perfect for sipping neat or elevating classic cocktails.
