Nozawa Onsen “Iwai” Gin comes from the historic mountain village of Nozawa Onsen in Nagano Prefecture, a region known for its pristine alpine water and deep fermentation heritage. Crafted by a small distillery rooted in the local sake brewing tradition, the gin highlights Japanese botanicals that reflect the surrounding forests and mountains. The name “Iwai,” meaning celebration, reflects the spirit’s role as a bridge between traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modern gin culture.

Tasting Note:
Bright and aromatic with lifted citrus, fresh juniper, and delicate herbal notes that evoke mountain greenery. The palate is clean and precise with hints of yuzu peel, gentle spice, and subtle floral tones supported by a soft, silky texture. The finish is crisp and refreshing with lingering citrus and herbal complexity.

Fruity aromas of tropical bubble gum, guava creme, and soursop liquado with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a peppery, appealing, medium-long caramelized pineapple, coconut-caramel candies, and peanut confection finish. PM Spirits Project Tequila is a collaboration with Jose Luis Gutierrez and produced at NOM 1468 in Jalisco, from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave. Each batch is the product of a single horno (oven), distilled in copper pot stills, with no additives. The Blanco is briefly rested (around 15 days) in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling.

Tasting Note:
On the nose, fresh agave, bright citrus peel, and subtle herbs emerge with a clean mineral edge. The palate is crisp and expressive lime, green apple, and gentle floral nuances mingle with a hint of toasted oak. The finish is smooth and refreshing, leaving a soft agave sweetness and a touch of peppery spice.

Selva Gin is produced in Colombia and inspired by the biodiversity of its tropical landscapes. Crafted with a base of sugarcane spirit, it incorporates native botanicals to highlight the flavors of the region, giving the gin a distinctly Colombian identity.

Crafted in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave, Claridad celebrates traditional mezcal-making with small-batch, artisanal methods passed down through generations.

The mezcal opens with soft herbal and mineral notes, layered with hints of tropical fruit and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, showing subtle smoke, earthy depth, and a clean, lingering finish. Pure, elegant, and versatile, it shines equally well neat or in refined cocktails.

This American Single Malt is aged for several years in first-fill bourbon barrels from premium Kentucky distilleries before being finished in virgin toasted oak barrels from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Aromas of honeysuckle, while baked apple and
cinnamon brightly dance on the palate.

Hakushu 18-Year-Old Single Malt Whisky is an exquisite Japanese whisky from the famed Suntory distillery, crafted in the pristine forests of the Japanese Alps. Aged for 18 years, it develops a beautifully layered complexity, offering fresh herbal notes alongside rich, deep oak influence. The nose opens with aromas of green apple, honeydew melon, and a subtle smokiness, while the palate delivers a harmonious blend of citrus, malt sweetness, toasted nuts, and gentle peat. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of honey, soft smoke, and a refreshing hint of mint. A refined and sophisticated whisky, Hakushu 18 is a true expression of Japan’s artistry in whisky-making.

Ardnamurchan distillery turned ten in the summer of 2024 and to celebrate this milestone we launched a unique batch of Ardnamurchan 10 Years Old whisky.

This 15,000 bottle batch was made up of 100% first-fill bourbon casks, where roughly half of the batch was subsequently finished, for over one year, in Champagne Paul Lanais barriques.

The spirit is 100% unpeated and bottled at 50% ABV.

Nose: The nose opens with an overtly tropical offering; replete with ripe mangoes, pineapple cubes, lots of honey. There are baked bananas, brown sugar, figs, and wine gums. With time, we go a little deeper into darker tones of crème caramel, toffee, and meringues with white chocolate.

Palate: Oh, hello there, waxiness! The theme of honey continues, backed up by linseed oil, warming spices, gingerbread, fresh pineapple, and cedar. Oily, waxy, showing great depth!

The not so new any longer Ardnamurchan distillery is shaping up to be one of Scotland's most exciting. Every single bottling takes ratchets up the quality to new heights. This extremely delicious 100% Sherry Cask Aged release was drawn from 10 peated sherry butts and 15 unpeated sherry hogsheads aged entirely in Ardnamurchan's warehouses on the rugged western coast of Scotland. The resulting whisky is complex and delicious offering quality that few modern distillers can match. Expect a beautifully balanced bonfire smoke melding with dense nutty sherry. We rarely see such special whisky available, but only 2000 bottles for the entire US, it surely won't be for long.
