Navazos Palazzi is a collaboration between Equipo Navazos, a sherry négociant based in Jerez, and Nicolas Palazzi of PM Spirits. Built on a base of Oloroso sherry, this rojo vermouth is infused with dried botanicals—such as coriander, juniper, bitter orange peel, elderflower, and savory, to marry old-world sherry elegance with aromatic depth and cross-crossover appeal.

Tasting Note:
Deep and ruddy in color, it opens with dried cherry, warm spice, and gentle herbal tones. The mid-palate shows sweet orchard fruit, a touch of nutty richness, and savory herbaceous layers. The finish turns drier and more thoughtful, with lingering complexity, subtle bitterness, and a hint of sea air salinity.

Nose: Sweet, fresh apricot aroma with light almond/pit nuance

Palate: Clean apricot fruitiness with subtle almond spice from pits

Finish: Long, smooth, warming apricot and light herbal note

Nose: Dried apricots, figs, raisins, prunes, toasted almonds, vanilla, mineral rancio accents

Palate: Caramelized citrus, honeyed oak, dried plums, ripe grapes, toffee, coconut, whiskey-lactone nuances 

Finish: Long, velvety warmth with lingering dark chocolate, nutmeg, baked fruit, refined sweetness

The only Demeter certified Biodynamic® brandy in the US, this offering is a truly agricultural spirit. Fermented, distilled in a German copper still and aged on the premises by Gena Nonini, whose family has farmed here for generations, the Marian Farms brandy is one of our all-time favorites. We are lucky to sell this blend of casks between 7 and 13 years old. Many of the great whiskey drinks were also brandy drinks. Try it in your Manhattan. Try it in your old fashioned.

This curaçao contains only three ingredients, all farmed in accordance with Biodynamic ® practices: California orange peel, sugar and grape spirit. Its bright elegance will remind you why this ingredient dominated the pages of bar books for more than a century. Thanks to our sister Gena of Marian Farms who developed it with us.

A Fine Champagne made of 25-year-old eaux-de-vie, Noces d’Argent – the latest and foremost expression of the wedding anniversary series – is a rich and complex Cognac in a sophisticated and refined style.

Nose: Raisin, tobacco with delicate spice and honey notes

A harmonious blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, this is XO Rare Fine Champagne in all its fullness after twenty years of aging in Limousin oak barrels.

A blend of two of Cognac’s greatest terroirs, Grande and Petite Champagne, VSOP Hardy is a subtle and elegant Fine Champagne.

Nose: Fresh pear and vanilla
Palate: Walnut and cinnamon notes

Handcrafted with the infusion of wine and selected herbs including olive leaves. Olive trees are widespread on Lake Garda. The cultivation dates back to Roman Times.

Impeccably clean and undeniably mixable, Singani 63 is a 500-year-old Bolivian spirit distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes high in the Andes. Use this in place of Pisco and be pleasantly surprised. But don't stop there...it works in a whole cariety of cocktails!

With the 2005 vintage, we hatched the plan to create a spirit using the marc of our Bricco dell’Uccellone. The resulting Grappa is aged for three years in barriques used previously to age this wine. Being winemakers, we number our Grappa, silk-screening the vintage onto the bottle, something which is rare in the world of spirits and distillates. The taste is exciting: the austere and elegant sensory profile reveals the DNA of Barbera and the essence of Bricco dell’Uccellone. -Producer's website
