Distilled in small batches using carefully selected ingredients, the collection showcases how fresh botanicals evolve throughout the year, from the earliest shoots of spring to the final flavors of the harvest. Presented in three 350ml bottles, this set offers a unique opportunity to explore the seasonal philosophy behind Bar Agricole’s craft.

Hashiri Gin – “First Harvest”
Bright and energetic with lifted citrus, young herbs, and fresh green botanicals. The palate is vibrant and crisp with subtle juniper, delicate floral tones, and a clean mineral finish that emphasizes the freshness of early season ingredients.

Shun Gin – “Peak Season”
Full and expressive with layered citrus, balanced juniper, and fragrant herbs. The texture is round and harmonious, showcasing botanicals at their moment of perfect ripeness with a long, aromatic finish.

Nagori Gin – “Late Season”
Richer and more contemplative with deeper herbal tones, subtle spice, and hints of dried citrus peel. The palate is smooth and structured with warm botanicals and a lingering, savory finish that reflects the final harvest of the season.

Hinterhaus Distilling is perched high in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California and uses fresh mountain-water as well as 100 % California wine-grapes to create a unique gin base. South Grove Gin is named for a grove of giant sequoias near the distillery and is infused using botanicals native to the region. 

Tasting Note:
The nose opens with gentle floral aromas, soft juniper, rose hips and elderflower, accompanied by crisp citrus zest. The palate is silky and textured, with crisp gooseberry, pine needle freshness and a subtle ginger finish. The overall experience is elegant, refined and distinctly reflective of its mountain terroir.

Our Margarita Original is a family recipe that we started the company with.
How it all started…It was mid-July 1995 and a friend and I had just sat down at a makeshift table in the city center, Zócalo, of Oaxaca. The waiter stood in front of us with a handful of limes, an unlabeled bottle of tequila, and homemade triple sec. I’d had margaritas before but what he created, his take, the “Margarita Original,” forever changed my understanding. Not too sweet the right amount of tart and that perfect flavor of distilled blue agave. I took the recipe home with me and after decades of success offering the “Margarita Original” to local customers in our family restaurant we are finally able to share it with others.

Using 100% agave blanco tequila and mixing it with a proprietary triple-sec and natural lime juice Golden Rule has given the #1 cocktail in the world the respect it deserves. Our margarita is made to the proper strength with the right ingredients.

As with all our cocktails we aim to give the consumer the same experience they would expect from a bar but in the convenience and portability of a perfectly portioned 100ml can.

Golden Rule Spirits is here to correct this misconception and restore the daiquiri to its well-deserved appreciation. Our Classic Daiquiri features the time-honored trio of rum, lime juice, and sugar. These three simple ingredients, when blended in perfect proportions, create a tart, boozy, and unbelievably refreshing cocktail. Although it seems straightforward, crafting a cocktail with only three ingredients calls for precision as there is nothing to mask imperfections.
 

Understanding this, we knew our recipe had to be true to form and time tested. The backbone of a daiquiri is the rum, and we refused to settle for a neutral, flavorless spirit. Instead, we turned to our southern neighbors, who are better known for their agave spirits, to discover one of the finest rums available, Paranbubes Oaxacan Rum. Made from pure cane sugar, with the earthy funkiness typical of agricole-style rums, Paranubes sets the perfect tone for our daiquiri. We then balanced this exceptional spirit with just the right amounts of tart lime juice and cane sugar. We are thrilled with the balance and complexity we’ve achieved – not too sweet, not too tart, with the perfect amount of cane rum to keep you coming back for more.

Like taking a sour patch kid (first they’re sour then they’re sweet). Our paloma is a balance of the sweet, bitter, juiciness of a grapefruit with a backbone of our own 100% agave tequila. Throw some salt in the mix and your tastebuds will give up and just ask for more. As the perfect compliment to our Margarita we love the way grapefruit, lime juice and tequila interact to make this “still” version of a classic Paloma. Who doesn’t love a pink drink…?
 

Ingredients: Premium Blanco Tequila, Pink Grapefruit Liqueur, Rio Red Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice

At Golden Rule, balance is everything. For our Negroni, we developed our own signature bitters, paired with a nine-botanical gin in the classic English dry style, bold, and juniper-forward. The finishing touch comes from our friends at Rockwell Vermouth in Sonoma County, whose classic sweet vermouth blend delivers its own harmony of sweetness and bitterness, layered with botanicals like Black Mission fig, sarsaparilla, roasted dandelion root, and California sagebrush.

Chill, shake, and pour neat. Dress it up with an orange twist over a large rock, or enjoy it chilled and shaken straight from the can. Spirit-forward, unapologetically bitter, elegantly sweet and unmistakably Golden Rule. We think this one will quickly become a fan favorite.

Le Moné is a modern aperitif crafted in the Finger Lakes of New York, blending wine with botanicals and citrus for a bright and refreshing style. This expression highlights the unique character of Meyer lemon, prized for its balance of sweetness and acidity.

Venus Small Batch Vodka, crafted from premium wheat, delivers an elegant and refined sipping experience. The nose is clean and subtly floral, with hints of vanilla bean and soft grain sweetness. On the palate, it shows a silky texture with notes of fresh baked bread, white pepper, and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is crisp, smooth, and lingering, making it equally suited for sipping neat or as the base of a finely balanced cocktail.

Mulholland California Gin is a handcrafted gin that embodies the spirit of California with its vibrant and complex profile. Distilled in small batches, it brings together traditional gin botanicals like juniper and angelica root with a selection of Californian ingredients such as Valencia orange, lemon, and lavender. The result is a smooth, balanced gin with a citrus-forward aroma and a hint of floral sweetness.

On the palate, Mulholland California Gin offers a crisp and refreshing taste with bright citrus notes at the forefront, complemented by a subtle herbal depth. The lavender and other botanicals give it a unique floral touch, while the finish is clean and lingering. This gin is versatile, making it an excellent base for classic gin cocktails or enjoyed simply with tonic. It's an ideal choice for those seeking a refreshing, aromatic spirit with a distinctly Californian character.

One sip and you’ll understand why this modern classic has achieved first-class status. Its delight is surely in its paradoxical flavor- it’s light and juicy yet complex and satisfying. The original creator, Sam Ross, describes this balance of flavor as “sherbet”, and we worked with him to get it just right.
