Gotha Spiriti Nobili is a vermouth and spirits maker based in Bologna, Italy, founded by Ergin Allko. He draws inspiration from his origins in Albania and his adopted home in Italy, using local herbs and botanicals, plus a signature touch of Adriatic seawater, to create products with distinct character. DOK ’61 was developed as a nod to history and craftsmanship, made with Sicilian wines (mainly Zibibbo and a bit of Frappato) and infused with botanicals like chinotto peel, dandelion root, wormwood, star anise, and a hint of plum distillate for roundness.

Tasting Note:
Fresh and delicately spicy, this vermouth opens with bitter orange and chinotto aromas edged by allspice and warm herbal roots. On the palate it is layered with sweet-tart plum, bright citrus peel, bitter herbal undertones, and a subtle saline minerality. The finish is long, balancing sweetness and bitterness with aromatic complexity and a touch of warmth.

Oka is made at Tsutsumi Distillery in Kumamoto Prefecture on Kyushu Island in Japan. It uses a base of 100% rice neutral spirit and is blended with botanicals that include both Macedonian and Himalayan juniper, seasonal Japanese citrus like yuzu, mandarin and sudachi, and young ginger. It is distilled six times and proofed at 43% ABV.

Tasting Note:
Bold citrus aromas of yuzu and mandarin greet the nose, followed by piney juniper and hints of pepper. On the palate there is spicy ginger root, clean rice sweetness, and vibrant lime zest, balanced by deeper juniper tones and a touch of herbal spice. The finish is clean, with lingering citrus and spice, and a smooth gently sweet rice base.

Komasa Gin is produced by Komasa Jyozo in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, a distillery with roots going back to 1883 and strong ties to shōchū tradition. The gin is built on a rice shōchū base and uses local botanicals, especially the Sakurajima komikan, a very small mandarin orange grown in volcanic soils of Mt. Sakurajima, which give its fruit a unique sweetness and aroma.

Tasting Note:
The nose opens with bright tangerine and mandarin peel aromas, softened by floral hints of violet and a faint rice grain presence. On the palate the citrus carries through,  sweet orange notes mingle with juniper and coriander, balanced by mild herbal spice and a subtle earthiness. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving citrus zest and spice echoes with just a touch of warming grain underneath.

Made by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana, this rum comes from the famous Port Mourant double wooden pot still, one of the few heritage wooden stills still in operation. Aged for about 12 years in oak barrels, it is bottled at cask strength (56.7 % ABV) to preserve its full intensity and character.

Tasting Note:
On the nose it shows baked orchard fruits such as apples, alongside vanilla, cinnamon, flambéed banana, and a hint of peated smoke. The palate is rich and layered with jammy red fruit, toasted coconut, honeyed caramel, and leathery tobacco, balanced by oak char and mineral notes. The finish is long, bold, and deeply satisfying, with smoky undertones and lingering sweetness.

This rum is made by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana, using a blend of two rare marques: Diamond High Ester (DHE) and La Bonne Intention (LBI). It is aged about 11 years in ex-bourbon casks and retains a high ester profile for intense aroma and flavor, bottled at cask strength (roughly 57 % ABV).

Tasting Note:
On the nose it delivers bright orange peel, rich vanilla, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove, underlaid by dark chocolate and slightly burnt caramel. The palate is bold and full with honey, caramel, dried figs, and nutmeg, balanced by confectionary sweetness and a faint minerality that speaks to its heritage. The finish is long, dry-leaning, leathery and spicy with lingering oak and smoky tones.

Named after the revered Xoloitzcuintle, Mexico’s ancient hairless dog and national treasure, this tequila pays homage to deep cultural roots. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, it is produced using traditional methods to preserve the true character of the plant. Plata, or silver tequila, is bottled unaged to highlight purity and freshness.

Tasting Note:
Bright aromas of cooked agave are lifted by citrus zest and a touch of white pepper. The palate is crisp and lively with herbal undertones, fresh lime, and a hint of mineral salinity. The finish is clean and refreshing, making it ideal for sipping neat or mixing into vibrant cocktails.

Selva Gin is produced in Colombia and inspired by the biodiversity of its tropical landscapes. Crafted with a base of sugarcane spirit, it incorporates native botanicals to highlight the flavors of the region, giving the gin a distinctly Colombian identity.

Nobleza 33 is crafted by Felipe Camarena at La Alteña Distillery, the same legendary producer behind some of Jalisco’s most respected tequilas. Camarena’s commitment to traditional methods, including brick oven roasting and slow fermentation, ensures that the spirit reflects both heritage and quality. The Reposado is gently aged in oak, allowing the agave character to shine through with added depth from the barrel.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of cooked agave are layered with vanilla, toasted oak, and a touch of caramel. The palate is smooth and balanced, offering notes of honey, baking spice, and soft citrus alongside warm wood influence. The finish is long and elegant, showing harmony between fresh agave and oak maturity.

Le Moné is a modern aperitif crafted in the Finger Lakes of New York, blending wine with botanicals and citrus for a bright and refreshing style. This expression highlights the unique character of Meyer lemon, prized for its balance of sweetness and acidity.

Tasting Note:
Fresh citrus blossoms and zesty lemon peel rise from the glass. The palate is lively and refreshing, with juicy Meyer lemon, gentle herbal undertones, and a subtle touch of honey. The finish is crisp, clean, and slightly mouthwatering, perfect for spritzes or light cocktails.

Aged for over a year in ex-bourbon barrels, Tapatio Añejo showcases the complexity that comes with time in oak while preserving the vibrant agave character at its heart.

Aged for around four months in ex-bourbon barrels, Tapatio Reposado strikes a balance between fresh agave character and gentle oak influence. It is crafted with the same traditional methods as the Blanco and matured to highlight elegance over heaviness.

Aromas of vanilla, caramel, and warm spice complement the core of roasted agave. The palate is soft and rounded with notes of baked pear, cinnamon, and light oak, finishing smooth with a touch of sweetness.

The Blanco 110 is a high-proof expression bottled at 55% ABV, designed to showcase the bold character of estate-grown agave. Despite its strength, it maintains balance and clarity, reflecting La Alteña’s commitment to traditional production.

Tapatio is produced at La Alteña Distillery in Jalisco, founded in 1937 by Don Felipe Camarena. Known for traditional methods such as brick oven cooking and slow fermentation, the distillery emphasizes pure agave expression and heritage craftsmanship.

La Fuerza is an artisanal vermouth project from Mendoza, created by four friends who wanted to capture the character of the Andes in a glass. The Rosado is made from Torrontés wine blended with native herbs and flowers sourced from the foothills of the mountains, resulting in a spirit that reflects both place and season.
