Built on the bedrock of the iconic French liqueur Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne, Joseph Cartron has been producing benchmark fruit liqueurs in Burgundy since 1882. Over time, the Cartron range has expanded to over 40 expressions as well as the world’s first Burgundian vermouths.

Local Burgundian fruits are used whenever possible, sourced from farmers with whom the Cartron family has built relationships over generations. When producing expressions from fruits or botanicals not endemic to the region, Cartron seeks out the very best varieties from all over the world. Depending on the expression, ingredients are either cold-macerated in stainless steel or hot-macerated in Cartron’s humble alembic copper pot still. All liqueurs are produced with a base of neutral alcohol derived from sugar beets and naturally sweetened with crystalized sugar; the blanc and rouge vermouths are made with Burgundian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, respectively. Maceration time and technical nuance, sugar content, and final ABV all vary, tailored to best feature the individual agricultural delights Cartron has sought to celebrate since its inception.

Impeccably clean and undeniably mixable, Singani 63 is a 500-year-old Bolivian spirit distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes high in the Andes. Use this in place of Pisco and be pleasantly surprised. But don't stop there...it works in a whole cariety of cocktails!

To create this whisky, we traveled to Spain and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Spain, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderful complex whisky. The M&H Elements Sherry is the first and only kosher single malt whisky in the world, aged in Sherry casks. This single malt reveals robust flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate, and oaky notes.

The seed for the nectar of the gods was sown in the barren desert. Many millennia have passed since barley has bloomed in the inhospitable climate of Rajasthan. For our uncompromising quest to create the finest spirits, we use the traditional Indian six row barley, which is cultivated using old indigenous practices that rely on organic and sustainable methods. The yield may be smaller but it lends a fruity and floral distinctive taste to the spirits.

Maclean's Nose Blended Scotch Whisky, blessed with a splendid West Coast character, offers a unique value proposition. With a high malt content of 70% – a percentage usually associated with much pricier labels – and a considerable proportion drawn from ex-Sherry casks, this whisky delivers premium quality and exceptional flavor at an unbeatable price. Further fortified by its eco-friendly packaging, the whisky is non-chill filtered and displays a natural color, contributing to its authenticity. Holding an ideal 46% ABV, the whisky is part of an initial release of 25,000 bottles, and is now making its mark across the United States. Colored burnished gold, it evokes a delightful surge of burnt citrus peel, sea salt, bonfire, nectarine syrup, and lime marmalade. The palate is taken on a flavourful journey – puffed rice, homemade rice pudding, and citrus, culminating in a whisper of Ferrero Rocher. The lingering taste of burning heather and smoked praline on the finish accentuates its excellent value. Our popular single malt is 50:50 unpeated to peated whisky matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and combines our signature coastal characteristics with peat, fruit and marshmallows.

Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged defines an older whisky that’s distinctly Maker’s. By embracing both the unique impact that our warehouse and cellar maturation have on flavor, we've created an older expression that is richer and more complex whilst staying true to the founder's taste vision of bourbon without the bite.

The journey begins with the meticulous extraction of essential oils from hand-picked violet petals. Diluted in alcohol and subjected to low-pressure distillation in a small alembic copper pot still, a magnificent mixture known as "violet absolute" is born.

To achieve the perfect balance of flavors, the violet absolute is blended with neutral sugar beet distillate. This exquisite combination is then enhanced with the gradual incorporation of crystalized sugar derived from sugar beets. This special Absinthe from the birthplace of the venerated drink, Couvet, utilizes traditional techniques and the highest quality botanicals to produce a traditional absinthe from an age-old recipe. Val-de-Travers has the perfect geology for growing the rare botanicals needed to produce proper Absinthe. Almost all of the ingredients are sourced locally and are of the absolute highest quality. Home Base Single Malt is a unique Californian spirit capturing the terroir of the West Coast. It’s made from 100% estate malted barley and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels to let the grain flavor shine. In 2023, it received a Good Food Award in the Spirits category.

Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Amaro is an Italian word for bitter, but our Amaro is a much more complex spirit than just bitter. Our Amaro features Prickly Pear, which can be found growing all over Southern California. When sipping our amaro, the prickly pear gives a light, fruity, almost bubble gum flavor at first. That gives way to the Gentian root bitterness from which the spirits name is derived. It then finishes with a savory smokiness from the smoked black cardamom.

Crafted in small batches using estate-grown, hard red spring wheat and Yellowstone spring water from Big Sky, Montana. While most grains yield around 3% protein, the heirloom variety used here yields 18%. This superior quality wheat has been selectively bred on family farms for over 118 years. 

Notes of sweet cream, vanilla and toasted brioche. Smooth rich and plush. Long sweet and creamy with notes of almond and citrus on the palate.
