Spirits

PM Spirits Project Tequila is a collaboration with Jose Luis Gutierrez and produced at NOM 1468 in Jalisco, from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave. Each batch is the product of a single horno (oven), distilled in copper pot stills, with no additives. The Blanco is briefly rested (around 15 days) in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling.

Tasting Note:
On the nose, fresh agave, bright citrus peel, and subtle herbs emerge with a clean mineral edge. The palate is crisp and expressive lime, green apple, and gentle floral nuances mingle with a hint of toasted oak. The finish is smooth and refreshing, leaving a soft agave sweetness and a touch of peppery spice.

Crafted in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave, Claridad celebrates traditional mezcal-making with small-batch, artisanal methods passed down through generations.

The mezcal opens with soft herbal and mineral notes, layered with hints of tropical fruit and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, showing subtle smoke, earthy depth, and a clean, lingering finish. Pure, elegant, and versatile, it shines equally well neat or in refined cocktails.

It's a tequila aged for 6 months in American oak barrels. At the end of its aging process, it goes through our activated charcoal filters to achieve greater smoothness and the characteristic of a true clear tequila.

Visually, it has a clear color, with less intensity than our blanco tequila, but it maintains its silver hues.

In terms of aroma, the first scent is of agave, however, it evolves to obtain earthy notes, the characteristic scent of an agave plant.

It has a flavor of white oak barrel, with a smoother taste due to the filtration process, yet sweet, with a rich spiciness and astringency.
