From the producer: Our inaugural whiskey, Uncle Nearest 1856 is an award-winning blend, bottled at 100 proof. It is astonishingly smooth, and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite whiskey or bourbon cocktail. This legacy era bottling contains whiskey from our own barrels, and we couldn’t be more proud to share it with you. Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey is the fastest-growing American whiskey brand in U.S. history. In 2017, Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Aged Whiskey launched in the United States. Honoring the first known African American master distiller, Nearest Green, this premium whiskey swiftly rolled out throughout the U.S. and abroad. Hinterhaus Distilling is perched high in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California and uses fresh mountain-water as well as 100 % California wine-grapes to create a unique gin base. South Grove Gin is named for a grove of giant sequoias near the distillery and is infused using botanicals native to the region. 

Tasting Note:
The nose opens with gentle floral aromas, soft juniper, rose hips and elderflower, accompanied by crisp citrus zest. The palate is silky and textured, with crisp gooseberry, pine needle freshness and a subtle ginger finish. The overall experience is elegant, refined and distinctly reflective of its mountain terroir.

Le Moné is a modern aperitif crafted in the Finger Lakes of New York, blending wine with botanicals and citrus for a bright and refreshing style. This expression highlights the unique character of Meyer lemon, prized for its balance of sweetness and acidity.

Tasting Note:
Fresh citrus blossoms and zesty lemon peel rise from the glass. The palate is lively and refreshing, with juicy Meyer lemon, gentle herbal undertones, and a subtle touch of honey. The finish is crisp, clean, and slightly mouthwatering, perfect for spritzes or light cocktails.

Venus Small Batch Vodka, crafted from premium wheat, delivers an elegant and refined sipping experience. The nose is clean and subtly floral, with hints of vanilla bean and soft grain sweetness. Mulholland California Gin is a handcrafted gin that embodies the spirit of California with its vibrant and complex profile. Distilled in small batches, it brings together traditional gin botanicals like juniper and angelica root with a selection of Californian ingredients such as Valencia orange, lemon, and lavender. The result is a smooth, balanced gin with a citrus-forward aroma and a hint of floral sweetness.

Dead of Night Distillery's Sloe Gin is crafted by macerating traditional English sloe berries and tart California blueberries in their gin for three months. The base gin, Eastsider, provides citrus and floral notes that complement the tart, fruit-forward character of the sloe gin.
