This rum is made by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana, using a blend of two rare marques: Diamond High Ester (DHE) and La Bonne Intention (LBI). It is aged about 11 years in ex-bourbon casks and retains a high ester profile for intense aroma and flavor, bottled at cask strength (roughly 57 % ABV).

Tasting Note:
On the nose it delivers bright orange peel, rich vanilla, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove, underlaid by dark chocolate and slightly burnt caramel. The palate is bold and full with honey, caramel, dried figs, and nutmeg, balanced by confectionary sweetness and a faint minerality that speaks to its heritage. The finish is long, dry-leaning, leathery and spicy with lingering oak and smoky tones.

Hampden Estate in Jamaica has been producing rum since the 1700s and is regarded as one of the most traditional distilleries in the Caribbean. Known for wild fermentation, the use of copper pot stills, and extended tropical aging, Hampden creates high-ester rums with bold intensity and unmistakable character. Tasting Note:
Explosive aromas of ripe pineapple, banana, and mango mingle with hints of molasses and spice. Hampden Estate 1753 Single Jamaican Rum is a rich, full-bodied rum that pays homage to the long history of Hampden Estate, one of Jamaica’s most iconic distilleries. Made using traditional methods, it blends both pot still and column distillation, resulting in a rum that’s complex, bold, and full of character. The rum is aged in a combination of American oak and ex-bourbon casks, which imparts deep, warm flavors.

The nose is immediately inviting, with intense aromas of tropical fruit, like ripe bananas and papaya, alongside a pronounced, earthy funk that is characteristic of Jamaican rums. There’s also a hint of spice, brown sugar, and oak. On the palate, the rum is rich and flavorful, with layers of dark fruit, molasses, and a slight peppery warmth. The influence of the casks provides a rounded, smooth finish that is both sweet and slightly smoky. Hampden Estate 1753 is a complex rum that shines in sipping cocktails or enjoyed neat, offering a true taste of Jamaica's rum-making heritage.

Palate: Savory-spicy with papaya, tropical fruit, woody spice, olives, tomato-like umami, allspice, herbal depth, caramel-vanilla

Finish: Long and earthy — notes of roasted pastries, ginger, black pepper, woody bitterness, dried fig, leather, menthol, tobacco, clay-earth undertones

The 15 Year’s nose opens with subtle fragrant pear notes that give way to aromas of raisin and pungent brown sugar. Rich black currant jam and brûlée caramel flavors unfold, leading into spice notes of ginger snaps and fresh-cracked black pepper. Butterscotch candy lingers on the soft, extended finish.

The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

We use only three ingredients to craft Copalli Premium White Rum: Fresh pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, plus yeast and rainwater. Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste, and we proudly craft a rum free of added flavors, colors, or additives. The sugar cane juice is distilled in our column and pot stills and blended to create a unique premium white rum that is delicious served neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

This bottle of Asia Pacific Extra Old (XO) Rum was distilled at The South Pacific Distillery in Fiji and in Java, Indonesia, aged in White Oak barrels and traditional Djati wooden vats. This expression celebrates the true essence of its terroir with a bold and tropical Fijian pot-still character, balanced with the zest and depth of Indonesian column still smoothness, enhanced by unique teak vat ageing. Bottled only at the very peak of maturity, for a bold, fresh, and exotic flavour experience for the sophisticated palate. Slightly dry, with tropical fruit on the nose, leading to a sweet vanilla and baked banana aroma, moving to oak then a darker hint of warm teak finally develops into a rich manuka honey finish.

This bottle of French Overseas Extra Old (XO) Rum was distilled from Agricole at the Riviére du Mât distillery in Reunion and at the Le Galion distillery in Martinique, before being aged in both American and French White Oak barrels, for a big, bold finish. This expression celebrates the true essence of its terroir, and is bottled only at the very peak of its maturity, for a rich, floral but fruity taste experience for the discriminating palate. On the nose you will find cane sugar and cinnamon evolving into sweet crème caramel. Upon tasting you discover raisins and liquorice followed by tasty tropical fruits. The perfect blend of agricole and molasses rums.

Demerara MDV 2012 #15213

In November 2012, this rum was distilled in the Diamond Distillery's historic, single-wooden pot still and put in used bourbon and whiskey barrels. This still was originally employed at the Versailles Distillery in the 17th century before being moved to the Diamond Distillery where it continues to produce iconic rums.
