In the nose it is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peel are refreshing and provide a soft and silky balance. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterised by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut.

A blend of two of Cognac’s greatest terroirs, Grande and Petite Champagne, VSOP Hardy is a subtle and elegant Fine Champagne.

An amaro made mostly from more than twenty locally grown herbs, roots and flowers, including gentian, artemisia (genepy), and mint, with the addition of bitter botanicals like rhubarb root. The alpine herbs are picked in August, then dried, then infused in pure alcohol together with the other botanicals for about a month. Part of the liquid is then re-distilled, to give the liqueur a more persistent flavor and to clarify color. It’s bottled at 38%, after the addition of spring water and sugar.

Elena Vermouth di Torino Superiore Rosso LAZ 19 is an artisanal, richly spiced Italian vermouth that exemplifies the heritage of Piemonte’s traditional fortified wines. Crafted with a high-quality base Barolo wine made from the famous Lazzarito Cru and infused with a carefully curated blend of botanicals, this Superiore Rosso achieves a striking balance between bitter complexity and velvety sweetness.
