Color: Deep amber 

Nose: Pronounced with cardamom, cinnamon, floral tones, vanilla, cola spices, nutmeg

Palate: Medium body, leading with vanilla bean, orange peel, honeysuckle, butterscotch, caramel; darker hints of dark chocolate, black licorice, cola spices

Finish: Long and warming—with apple, toffee, oak, star anise, and a touch of pepper (peppercorn)

Aging mellows a spirit. It also brings out new flavors and aromas. Our Gran Reserva contains rums aged between 9 and 12 years, and Solera rums aged up to 50 years, creating a balance between sweet and dry that you won’t get in other spirits.
