Kings County Distillery's Straight Bourbon is crafted using a high-malt recipe, double pot distilled, and aged in new charred oak barrels. This approach results in a bourbon with rich flavors and a robust character, frequently cited among the best craft bourbons.​

Nose: Soft fruity notes of citrus oil and pear, complemented by cinnamon and butterscotch.

Palate: Alcohol-forward with wood spice, vanilla, and an underlying note of banoffee pie.

Finish: Woody tannins provide a slightly bitter, spiced finish

This whiskey is a collaboration between Kings County Distillery and Parlor Coffee, both based in Brooklyn. It combines Kings County's house-made bourbon and corn whiskey with Parlor's cold brew coffee, resulting in a unique and balanced spirit.

Aroma: Freshly brewed coffee intertwined with sweet grain notes, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Robust coffee flavors harmoniously blended with the smoothness of the grain spirit, enriched by notes of dark chocolate and a touch of caramel.
