E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye Whiskey is a Bottled-in-Bond release made from a mash bill of rye and malted barley, with no corn, resulting in a whiskey that showcases rye’s bold, spicy character. Its rich mahogany hue reflects the careful aging process.

Michter’s Barrel Strength Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited, overproof, straight-from-the-barrel version of Michter’s US*1 Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey. Although proof varies slightly by barrel, most bottles of Michter’s Barrel Strength Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey are somewhere between 107 and 112 proof.

As a result, the whiskey a bold aroma of butterscotch, golden raisins and vanilla, which leads to a palate bursting with morning toast, maple syrup and fresh fruit. The finish is spicy, with noticeable touches of mint, cinnamon and honey which linger on the tongue.

Dedicated to Mortimer WhistlePig, our deceased Kune Kune pig mascot and namesake. Mortimer’s physical monument will be the “Spirit of Mortimer”, a flying pig chiseled by hand by Danforth Pewter Works right down the road from us in Vermont. Funky Drummer is Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year rye whiskeys that have had a long break in some seriously funky Jamaican rum casks (look up dunder pits if you want some fun info!). These casks are full of tropical fruit flavors that marry nicely with the heavy rye spice. It took some serious time locked away to get these flavors to play nicely together, but when they did... woah, ain’t it funky! Grab a bottle and bring on the juice!

Combining a spicy high-rye mash bill with a double oak maturation process, this whiskey is first aged in American oak barrels and then finished using port wine oak cask staves, delivering unrivalled flavor and complexity. The interplay of sweet and fruity oak spice with robust grain notes is balanced and enjoyable.

This award-winning rye moves across your palate, first with hints of cocoa and malt, then kicks in with a peppercorn spice that is distinctly rye. A blend of 2+ year old distilled and sourced rye barrels. All agricultural ingredients from grain to glass are sourced from local Michigan farmers.

A blend of 2, 3 and 4 year old Rye Whiskey, finished no less than 3 months in wine barrels which previously held several vintages of Ammunition Sonoma Pinot Noir. This unique process imparts a sweetness and tannin unlike that of any other rye. You can smell it on the nose and see it with your eyes.

Dark amber in color, you can expect flavors of rich butterscotch and a hint of citrus. The finish is highlighted by subtle notes of baking spice and red berries courtesy of the Pinot Noir French Oak casks.

Our classic rye recipe features only rye grain and malt to deliver a pure expression of Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. Barrel aging for least six months in charred, new oak quarter casks allows the genuine rye flavor to evolve quickly. As a result, the small batch whiskey is ensured of reaching the right balance of complexity and smoothness. The final product is a very smooth spirit that delivers the up-front spice that rye is known for while finishing with a full, round mouthfeel.
