Le Moné is a modern aperitif crafted in the Finger Lakes of New York, blending wine with botanicals and citrus for a bright and refreshing style. This expression highlights the unique character of Meyer lemon, prized for its balance of sweetness and acidity.

Tasting Note:

Founded in Hanoi in 2020, Ve De Di is Vietnam’s first independent whisky distillery and has quickly grown into a leader in craft spirits. Their philosophy is grain-to-glass, working closely with local farmers and sourcing ingredients from across the country. The Crème de Coconut highlights this approach, drawing on coconuts from Bến Tre in the south along with other regional ingredients to showcase Vietnam’s rich agricultural heritage.

Latin for ‘one hundred herbs’, this type of bitter alpine liqueur was traditionally made by monks and consumed in the alps of France and Italy. French Chartreuse is another example. Botanicals are individually infused for 20-50 days, rested, blended with alpine water and beet sugar, and rested again.

This curaçao contains only three ingredients, all farmed in accordance with Biodynamic ® practices: California orange peel, sugar and grape spirit. Flor de Azar Triple Sec is a beautifully balanced orange liqueur from Mexico, crafted with the finest orange peels and distilled to perfection. Cappelletti's Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro is a distinctive Italian liqueur that harmoniously blends smoky, bitter, and sweet flavors. Crafted using a unique variety of Chinese rhubarb cultivated in the Trentino-Alto Adige region, this amaro offers a complex profile with notes of bitter alpine herbs, dark smokiness, and hints of sweet alpine berries. The term "Sfumato" derives from the Italian word for smoke, "fumo," reflecting its subtle smoky character. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 20%, it serves as an excellent digestif when enjoyed neat or on the rocks and adds depth to cocktails when paired with tonic, soda, or spirits like gin or whiskey.

Built on the bedrock of the iconic French liqueur Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne, Joseph Cartron has been producing benchmark fruit liqueurs in Burgundy since 1882. Over time, the Cartron range has expanded to over 40 expressions as well as the world’s first Burgundian vermouths.

Local Burgundian fruits are used whenever possible, sourced from farmers with whom the Cartron family has built relationships over generations. When producing expressions from fruits or botanicals not endemic to the region, Cartron seeks out the very best varieties from all over the world. Depending on the expression, ingredients are either cold-macerated in stainless steel or hot-macerated in Cartron’s humble alembic copper pot still. All liqueurs are produced with a base of neutral alcohol derived from sugar beets and naturally sweetened with crystalized sugar; the blanc and rouge vermouths are made with Burgundian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, respectively. Maceration time and technical nuance, sugar content, and final ABV all vary, tailored to best feature the individual agricultural delights Cartron has sought to celebrate since its inception.

Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

A legendary alpine herbal liqueur that dates back many hundreds of years. While comprised of a multitude of alpine herbs, the most prominent is Génépy, a petite variety of artemesia (often translated into English as “mountain sage”) found principally in the high mountains of the Savoy. Its bright herbal and fresh flavors have long been associated with the mountain air and adventure.
