Dead of Night Distillery's Sloe Gin is crafted by macerating traditional English sloe berries and tart California blueberries in their gin for three months. The base gin, Eastsider, provides citrus and floral notes that complement the tart, fruit-forward character of the sloe gin.

Nose: Dominant juniper with herbaceous and slightly woody notes

Palate: Rich coating mouthfeel with dark berry fruit, hints of juniper floralness, and delicate savory herbs

Finish: Bright citrus finish with a balance of sweet and tart fruit flavors

Nose: Caramel apple pop, buttered bran muffin, honey stick

Palate: Zesty lemon bar, chai spice, sugar cookie shortbread

Solstice is our California take on the classic aperitivo - it’s fresh, bright, and unlike anything else. We create an infusion of whole strawberries (with their green tops), grapefruit, and orange peels in grape brandy, then “wash” the fruit with wine to pull out every last bit of flavor. That is all mixed together in tanks, where we then do a quick infusion of dried hibiscus flowers, which deepen the red color and provide a beautiful floral and tart note. The resulting aperitif is bright and lifted, with a subtle bitter backbone that balances the sweetness.
