Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Blend of:

70% 4 year old Home Base Bourbon: 60% organic corn, 30% malted barley, 10% malted wheat, distilled 07/19 at Corbin Cash Distillery aged in new 59 gallon barrel, char #4

and

30% 6 year old Spirit Works Wheated Bourbon: 60% organic corn, 30% organic rye, 10% organic malted barley, distilled 06/17 at Spirit Works Distillery aged in 53 gallon new charred oak barrel.

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Sugar and spice and everything nice. This chocolate-infused bitter boasts a powerful, toasted coffee kick that livens up whiskey and rum, alike. It’s nutty and peppery but with the ghost of sweetness.

Ingredients: alcohol & infused natural flavor from coffee beans, cacao, peppercorn and organic and wild harvested herbs, spices, barks & roots.

The perfect combination of savory and sweet. Tangerine, lemon and lime comingle with the earthiness of basil to temper their brightness and infuse a honey-ed sweetness. It’s the perfect, modern refresher to the tired Gimlet, giving the cocktail a clarity rather than muddled wateriness.

As for your edible tooth, the options are endless: we love adding by the dropper-full to parmesan biscuits and find it delightful in honey glazes over pound cake.
