Hinterhaus Distilling is perched high in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California and uses fresh mountain-water as well as 100 % California wine-grapes to create a unique gin base. South Grove Gin is named for a grove of giant sequoias near the distillery and is infused using botanicals native to the region. 

Tasting Note:
The nose opens with gentle floral aromas, soft juniper, rose hips and elderflower, accompanied by crisp citrus zest. The palate is silky and textured, with crisp gooseberry, pine needle freshness and a subtle ginger finish. The overall experience is elegant, refined and distinctly reflective of its mountain terroir.

Venus Small Batch Vodka, crafted from premium wheat, delivers an elegant and refined sipping experience. The nose is clean and subtly floral, with hints of vanilla bean and soft grain sweetness. On the palate, it shows a silky texture with notes of fresh baked bread, white pepper, and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is crisp, smooth, and lingering, making it equally suited for sipping neat or as the base of a finely balanced cocktail.

Mulholland California Gin is a handcrafted gin that embodies the spirit of California with its vibrant and complex profile. Distilled in small batches, it brings together traditional gin botanicals like juniper and angelica root with a selection of Californian ingredients such as Valencia orange, lemon, and lavender. The result is a smooth, balanced gin with a citrus-forward aroma and a hint of floral sweetness.

On the palate, Mulholland California Gin offers a crisp and refreshing taste with bright citrus notes at the forefront, complemented by a subtle herbal depth. The lavender and other botanicals give it a unique floral touch, while the finish is clean and lingering. This gin is versatile, making it an excellent base for classic gin cocktails or enjoyed simply with tonic. It's an ideal choice for those seeking a refreshing, aromatic spirit with a distinctly Californian character.

Dead of Night Distillery's Sloe Gin is crafted by macerating traditional English sloe berries and tart California blueberries in their gin for three months. The base gin, Eastsider, provides citrus and floral notes that complement the tart, fruit-forward character of the sloe gin.

This whiskey is crafted by twin sisters Ali and Sam Blatteis of Home Base Spirits. It is distilled at Corbin Cash Distillery in Atwater, California, and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels at their facility in Berkeley. The use of organic corn and sustainable practices reflects their commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

Nose: Aromas of sweet corn and subtle oak.

Palate: Classic kettle corn sweetness with notes of buttered popcorn; smooth and approachable.

Finish: Clean and crisp, making it suitable for sipping or mixing.

Hornbrook Ten Point Gin is crafted using vacuum distillation at low temperatures, a method that preserves the delicate flavors and aromas of its botanicals, including wild Pacific juniper, grapefruit peel, lime peel, star anise, jasmine flower, fennel seed, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, and cubeb berries.

Bold and balanced, featuring notes of grapefruit and spice, complemented by bright, wild-foraged Pacific juniper and earthy botanicals. A backdrop of jasmine flowers and fennel leads to an extremely long, smooth finish.

The only Demeter certified Biodynamic® brandy in the US, this offering is a truly agricultural spirit. Fermented, distilled in a German copper still and aged on the premises by Gena Nonini, whose family has farmed here for generations, the Marian Farms brandy is one of our all-time favorites. We are lucky to sell this blend of casks between 7 and 13 years old. Many of the great whiskey drinks were also brandy drinks. Try it in your Manhattan. Try it in your old fashioned.

This curaçao contains only three ingredients, all farmed in accordance with Biodynamic ® practices: California orange peel, sugar and grape spirit. Its bright elegance will remind you why this ingredient dominated the pages of bar books for more than a century. Thanks to our sister Gena of Marian Farms who developed it with us.

Solstice is our California take on the classic aperitivo - it’s fresh, bright, and unlike anything else. We create an infusion of whole strawberries (with their green tops), grapefruit, and orange peels in grape brandy, then “wash” the fruit with wine to pull out every last bit of flavor. That is all mixed together in tanks, where we then do a quick infusion of dried hibiscus flowers, which deepen the red color and provide a beautiful floral and tart note. The resulting aperitif is bright and lifted, with a subtle bitter backbone that balances the sweetness.

Common Ground Spirits has introduced a new gin expression featuring the unique combination of blood orange and tarragon flavors. This innovative blend offers a refreshing and aromatic profile, making it a versatile choice for various cocktails. For instance, the "Witch's Revival" cocktail highlights this gin's distinctive taste.

Elegant brandy enters the barrel sweet and innocent, meets cinnamon…and becomes dark, naughty, and truly “Cinful.”

We compose our gin on a citrusy, botanical backbone. Classic juniper and coriander meld with kaffir lime, lemongrass, and grains of paradise. Put it on ice or in a craft cocktail and let the flavor expand. Cheers.

Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Amaro is an Italian word for bitter, but our Amaro is a much more complex spirit than just bitter. Our Amaro features Prickly Pear, which can be found growing all over Southern California. When sipping our amaro, the prickly pear gives a light, fruity, almost bubble gum flavor at first. That gives way to the Gentian root bitterness from which the spirits name is derived. It then finishes with a savory smokiness from the smoked black cardamom.
