This whiskey is crafted by twin sisters Ali and Sam Blatteis of Home Base Spirits. It is distilled at Corbin Cash Distillery in Atwater, California, and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels at their facility in Berkeley. The use of organic corn and sustainable practices reflects their commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

Nose: Aromas of sweet corn and subtle oak.

Palate: Classic kettle corn sweetness with notes of buttered popcorn; smooth and approachable.

Finish: Clean and crisp, making it suitable for sipping or mixing.

Kings County Distillery's Straight Bourbon is crafted using a high-malt recipe, double pot distilled, and aged in new charred oak barrels. This approach results in a bourbon with rich flavors and a robust character, frequently cited among the best craft bourbons.​

Nose: Soft fruity notes of citrus oil and pear, complemented by cinnamon and butterscotch.

Palate: Alcohol-forward with wood spice, vanilla, and an underlying note of banoffee pie.

Finish: Woody tannins provide a slightly bitter, spiced finish

Hornbrook Ten Point Gin is crafted using vacuum distillation at low temperatures, a method that preserves the delicate flavors and aromas of its botanicals, including wild Pacific juniper, grapefruit peel, lime peel, star anise, jasmine flower, fennel seed, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, and cubeb berries.

Bold and balanced, featuring notes of grapefruit and spice, complemented by bright, wild-foraged Pacific juniper and earthy botanicals. A backdrop of jasmine flowers and fennel leads to an extremely long, smooth finish.

Buffalo Trace Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth and approachable bourbon with a rich heritage. Crafted from a carefully selected mash bill and aged in charred oak barrels, it offers inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of mint. The palate is well-balanced, delivering flavors of toffee, brown sugar, and a hint of spice, leading to a warm, lingering finish with notes of oak and baking spices. Known for its versatility and depth, Buffalo Trace is an excellent choice for both sipping neat and crafting classic bourbon cocktails.

This whiskey is a collaboration between Kings County Distillery and Parlor Coffee, both based in Brooklyn. It combines Kings County's house-made bourbon and corn whiskey with Parlor's cold brew coffee, resulting in a unique and balanced spirit.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Freshly brewed coffee intertwined with sweet grain notes, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Robust coffee flavors harmoniously blended with the smoothness of the grain spirit, enriched by notes of dark chocolate and a touch of caramel.
Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering coffee boldness and grain sweetness, accompanied by a hint of cocoa.

For nearly a decade, we have traded our freshly-emptied barrels with some of our brewing collaborators. They have in turn “seasoned” them with Stout before returning them. Stout Cask pushes the boundaries of flavor. It begins with Westward Whiskey Original and is then aged for one year in Stout casks.

The only Demeter certified Biodynamic® brandy in the US, this offering is a truly agricultural spirit. Fermented, distilled in a German copper still and aged on the premises by Gena Nonini, whose family has farmed here for generations, the Marian Farms brandy is one of our all-time favorites. We are lucky to sell this blend of casks between 7 and 13 years old. Many of the great whiskey drinks were also brandy drinks. Try it in your Manhattan. Try it in your old fashioned.

This curaçao contains only three ingredients, all farmed in accordance with Biodynamic ® practices: California orange peel, sugar and grape spirit. Its bright elegance will remind you why this ingredient dominated the pages of bar books for more than a century. Thanks to our sister Gena of Marian Farms who developed it with us.

Solstice is our California take on the classic aperitivo - it’s fresh, bright, and unlike anything else. We create an infusion of whole strawberries (with their green tops), grapefruit, and orange peels in grape brandy, then “wash” the fruit with wine to pull out every last bit of flavor. That is all mixed together in tanks, where we then do a quick infusion of dried hibiscus flowers, which deepen the red color and provide a beautiful floral and tart note. The resulting aperitif is bright and lifted, with a subtle bitter backbone that balances the sweetness.

This vermouth is infused with a blend of botanicals, including Castelvetrano olives, dill seed, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon peel, orange peel, and wild foraged kombu. These ingredients contribute to its savory and herbaceous profile, making it particularly suitable for Dirty Martinis.

Blanton's Black Label is an exclusive single-barrel bourbon originally bottled for the Japanese market, known for its refined character and longer aging compared to the standard Blanton's Original. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it offers a smoother, more approachable profile while retaining the complexity bourbon enthusiasts appreciate.

The nose presents delicate aromas of honey, vanilla, and floral notes, layered with hints of cherry and citrus zest. On the palate, it delivers flavors of caramel, sugar cookies, and light maltiness, balanced by subtle oak undertones. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye Whiskey is a Bottled-in-Bond release made from a mash bill of rye and malted barley, with no corn, resulting in a whiskey that showcases rye’s bold, spicy character. Its rich mahogany hue reflects the careful aging process.

On the nose, it offers an inviting mix of toasted oak, rye spice, black pepper, mint, and subtle notes of pear. Wolves 5-Year American Single Malt is a distinctive whiskey that embodies the spirit of the American West. Distilled in 2019 using a copper pot still, it was aged for five years in California French oak wine barrels under the Arizona sun. After this maturation, hand-selected barrels were blended and finished in aged Cognac casks, resulting in a complex and layered profile. On the nose, it presents aromas of honey, graham cracker, caramel, and red fruit. The palate offers flavors of vanilla custard, nutmeg, clove, sweet oats, and fig, leading to a medium to long sweet finish. Leopold's American Small Batch Gin is a meticulously crafted spirit that showcases a harmonious blend of botanicals.
