Yellowstone Limited Edition represents an annual exploration in top-shelf blends and finishes. Making each year a unique and sought after release. For 2023, we created a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 13-year and 16-year bourbons, that is then finished in Tokaji casks. Available in limited quantities for those who seek it.

This punch contains Mexico’s oldest treasure: cacao, a luxury item, and a means of exchange among our ancestors.

The cacao we use comes from “La Broma de Teo,” a sister project, founded by Luciana Helguera. She works with Mexican producers who cultivate the cacao and extract the very best beans using artisanal methods.

It was in the Oaxaca markets where La Princesa de Etzatlán tasted the first time chocolate en agua (a traditional Oaxacan drink made from chocolate and purified water): that inspired her to create this punch.

That is the reason why the recipe is so simple: Cacao and sweetened water with Mexican brown sugar, “piloncillo”.

This punch is so natural, you can notice how the cacao sediments can settle in the neck of the bottle. Just give it a quick and fast shake, then here you go, enjoy a full taste of the chocolate in every sip.

A stunning 6 year old rye, finished in Cognac barrels which brings an undeniable complexity and beauty.

Distilled in Tennessee and aged at Savage & Cooke in Northern California.

BARRELS
Primary aging in new charred American oak barrels, finished in barrels that previously held Fine Champagne Cognac.

WATER
Proofed to 100 with pristine water from Dave’s high elevation property in Alexander Valley, 40 miles from the distillery.

51% Rye, 45% Corn, 4% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes,
Brooding and intriguing on the nose with orange marmalade and spicy oak. Expansive palate with an array of baking spices, caramel and honey. Gorgeous from start to end.

The Meyer’s whisky is a mash of wheat and malted barley from the Champagne region and malted barley. The phase of malting the barley is entrusted to La Malterie du Château in Belgium, one of the oldest malteries in the world. Then the wheat and malted barley mash is brewed at an Alsatian brewer, Brasserie Saverne, who practices this technique for beer.

The distillation process is typical of the Highland scotch whiskeys: double distillation and made in distillery copper stills, at the Meyer’s Distillery. This blend superior is aged for a minimum of 7 years in former Sauternes cask from one of Bordeaux’s top estates, Château Doisy Daene.

Notes include apricot marmalade, orange blossom honey, kumquat, vanilla custard, white pepper, roasted almond and a thread of smoke. The palate is seamless and supple and just as inviting as the effusive aromas.

From the producer: "The Hearach is the first, historic single malt whisky from the Isle of Harris, as we revive the distilling traditions lost during the Pabbay clearances of the 1840s. Our dram is the result of a considered conversation between people and place, coming together to create an elegant spirit of complexity and character. The work of our island's men and women intertwines with the natural world to weave together an Outer Hebridean whisky of distinction. Every drop of this new dram is being distilled by local people to produce a special spirit which has been matured, married, and bottled here in this elemental place, and nowhere else. A blend of whiskeys from Kentucky and Tennessee. Nuttiness pairs with jammy fruit on the nose in the form of peanut butter and jelly sandwich, blueberry pancake, and strawberry milkshake. The palate adds baking spice to the mix, with berries in syrup and cinnamon babka notes. Baking spice lingers on a satisfactory finish. A special, limited edition release honoring Dia de Los Muertos with 5,000 hand-numbered bottles of uniquely made tequila presented in specially made coffin boxes with three unique combinations of badges on their tops.

G4 is crafted using enhanced traditional methods, and Felipe knows that the fermentation process is where the magic happens, de Madera is fully fermented in new Pine Wood tanks vs. steel. This imparts a great deal of unique flavors into the tequila. Add to the wood-fermentation the use of well water in this expression and seven months of aging in G4's nearly ancient George Dickel American whiskey barrels. The layers of complexity in this G4 are entirely unique and highly complex.
