Dad's Hat Small Batch Rye Whiskey
$39.98QuickviewHURRY, ONLY 1 LEFT!Our classic rye recipe features only rye grain and malt to deliver a pure expression of Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. Barrel aging for least six months in charred, new oak quarter casks allows the genuine rye flavor to evolve quickly. As a result, the small batch whiskey is ensured of reaching the right balance of complexity and smoothness. The final product is a very smooth spirit that delivers the up-front spice that rye is known for while finishing with a full, round mouthfeel.
“An excellent young rye. The nose is clean and complex; crushed grain, grasses, sweet spice and the bitter herbal note of rye. It’s all there on the tongue with a light barrel character, moving to a neatly integrated finish.” - Whisky Advocate magazine

St. George Dry Rye Reposado Gin
$36.98QuickviewHURRY, ONLY 10 LEFT!Get ready, wine-lovers: this unusual rosy gin is made from a rye base, infused with gin botanicals, and then is “rested” for 18 months in casks that previously held Syrah and Grenache wines. Oddly, the end result is not particularly wine-, whiskey-, nor gin-like. It's a whole other animal, crazily hoppy and malty and oaky, with a mild effervescence and an amaro-like roots-and-herbs presence that winds into a rounded but fleeting dark-fruit quality on the finish. Try dosing with sweet vermouth for a Manhattan-like cocktail. - Wine Enthusiast
