Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, and other antique grapes, some of the vines are very old. The grapes were manually picked and carefully selected. This wine is made from at least five grape varieties, with a minimalist approach during winemaking, which consisted of the combined fermentation of the grapes in a granite lagar.
