I love this site, which provides a fresh lift and mouthwatering feel through the palate, with ripe tannins and a linear feel. It’s chiseled in its structure, with coiled tannins and a good deal of youthful tension, and also offers mineral persistence, with wonderful salinity and dark undertones of earth.
