Is a vibrant, medium to full-bodied white wine with a satiny texture. It offers aromas of lime zest, toasted nuts, white flowers, and orchard fruit, evolving into a saline finish. The wine is known for its expressive and racy character, with notes of sappy stone fruit, citrus, and wet rocks.

The parcel runs down the entire slope with tons of chalk at the top and more clay at the bottom with 60+ year old vines. Ambient yeast fermentation, aged in 350L barrel (20% new) for 12 months + 6 months in stainless steel.

From the importer: The Vieilles Vignes fruit comes from (a combined half hectare total) Les Malpoiriers and Les Pellans lieu-dits. The Meursault planted vines range in age of 80-85 years of age and the wine is aged 1 year in barrel, 25% of which is new oak. Fantastic wine with a long traditionally Meursault finish, with richness and vibrancy you would expect from such old vines.

Blend of six different parcels from a selection of old vines. Some vineyards are in the hills – Vireuils and Meix Chavaux – and contribute freshness and tension, others at bottom of hills just under the 1er crus – Marcausses, Vignes Blanches and Pellans – contribute body, and the parcel of Millerands rests on gravel and gives finesse. Vines are trained 1/3 Cordon de Royat and 2/3 Guyot. Pneumatic pressing and static settling. Aged in barrels with 20% new wood.

92-95 Points! Fresh pale lemon. Loads of energy here on the nose, but all perfectly balanced. Maximum minerals in this wine which Elsa thinks will be suppressed by longer oak ageing. More flesh than usual in the middle, with a fine persistence. - Jasper Morris

From the lieu-dits of Clos du Cromin, Le Corbin and Les Vireuils. Less than a hectare total of 30+ year-old vines. 11 months barrel aging in French oak followed by harmonizing in larger vats for 4-5 months prior to bottling. As classic as it gets!

The 2020 Pierre Boisson Meursault is a beautifully restrained yet deeply expressive Chardonnay, blending power with precision. Aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, and Meyer lemon intertwine with notes of hazelnut, crème fraîche, struck match, and a touch of flinty reduction. The palate is textured and mineral-laced, with layered citrus and orchard fruit wrapped in fine acidity and gentle oak influence. It finishes long and composed, echoing with chalky tension, toasted almond, and a whisper of savory lees.

An over achieving AOC Meursault, 'Criots' comes from 30-50-year-old vines inherited from Pierre's grandmother.

One of the top lieu-dit in Meursault, bordering 1er Cru Genevrières, 50+ year old vines, indigenous yeast fermented and aged in 456L barrels (30% new) for 10 months + 8 months in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
