No21 Negroni

The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. It was invented in Florence, Italy in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni when he asked to replace the soda water in his Americano cocktail (Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Soda Water) with gin. For No. 21, just pour over ice, stir five times clockwise, twice counter-clockwise, garnish with an orange peel, and enjoy! 28% ABV.
