92-94 Points! The 2019 Monbousquet is dark, racy and exotic to the core. Blackberry jam, gravel, menthol, cloves and leather explode onto the palate as this unctuous Saint-Émilion shows off its extroverted personality. The 2019 is not at all subtle, but it sure is inviting. Even with all of its obvious richness, the 2019 has a good bit of structure.
